Corporate Identity & Content: The Equatorial Guinea-Asia Economic Forum brought the ministers and business leaders of Equatorial Guinea to the Chinese city of Dalian to celebrate longstanding ties between the two countries and to discuss ongoing commercial interests. ABC worked closely with government representatives to develop the branding for the forum, design all backdrops, logos and other materials, produce event brochures in English and Mandarin, and create on-screen presentations for all Equatorial Guinea government ministries.
In January 2016 the Government of Equatorial Guinea followed up the China economic forum with an event in New Delhi, India. The Equatorial Guinea-India Hydrocarbons & Industry Forum provided a venue for energy investors and political leaders to meet and discuss oil and gas, power and industrial projects in the Central African country, and took place during a time of enhancing Africa-India economic ties.
Events & Communications: The two-day event in China included a prestigious gala dinner on day one, with high level representation from Equatorial Guinea and Chinese businesses and political leaders, and a full day of presentations and meetings on day two, with ministers presenting the investment opportunities in Equatorial Guinea to an audience of 500. At both the China and India events, ABC produced news content and distributed it in Asia, Africa and globally, and followed up on a dedicated InvestEG website including all content, articles, images and video from the events.
